POLICIES

ELIGIBILITY
Customers must be:
1) 18+ years old
2) Not pregnant
3) Not breast-feeding
4) Not diabetic.


 

NON-REFUNDABLE  DEPOSIT

All services require a non-refundable deposit and the full amount will be due during time of scheduled service. The full amount and the deposit amount will be displayed as well under the service. 



RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 business hours prior to appointment, otherwise it will be considered a cancelation. If artist is not notified within the proper timeframe there will be a $75 cancelation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

LATE ARRIVAL FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be cancelled (at the discretion of the technician).
After 20 minutes, a $50 fee will be applied at the beginning of service if the technician is able to service you. Anything after 25 minutes will result in a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 72 business hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount and loss of deposit. No-shows will NOT be allowed to be rescheduled.

NO EXTRA GUESTS

We love children and loved ones, however, CDC and OSHA guidelines do not allow observers in the procedure area.
